In Which Order Should I Pray?

Question:

Assalamualaikum

Situation:

I have to work daily from 8:00 hour until 16:30 hours and I can't make Salaah at work, therefore I am missing the Thuhr Salaah which is at 12:45 hours.

The Asr Salaah is at 15:30 hour and the Maghrib at 18:45 hours,

Question:

So if I am at home after work let's say at 16:45 is it correct that I pray the Asr Salaah first and when the time reaches for Maghrib, the Maghrib Salaah and thereafter the Thuhr Salaah that was missed during that day?  To be short in this situation in which order do I have to pray?

Please clarify

Wassalaam

Answer:

 Fatwaa no.  070/06

You must try to pray Thuhr Salaah in your lunch time, even if it means only four Rak'aats Fardh. This will take at least 5 minutes only. If you missed your Thuhr Salaah, then first perform you Thuhr Salaah in Asr time and thereafter Asr Salaah. It is wrong to perform Thuhr Salaah after Maghrib when you have enough time to perform it in Asr time
