I actually want to ask that is shaving legs an arms Haraam for ladies and my second question is doing your eyebrows meaning is plucking your eye brows allowed in Islam

Answer:

 Fatwaa no.  080/06

It is permissible for women to shave their legs and underarms. Plucking of the eye brows can be done for neatening purposes only. The eyebrows should not be shaped and thinned out, like is the practice of the western and modern women.
