Question:
Assalamualaikum,
If a man says to his wife, that --- "I may divorce you one day, if Allah wills" -- without setting any conditions has a divorce taken place? He has stated that it may happen in the future. Jazakallah Khair
Answer: Fatwaa no. 097/06
