Giving Qurbani Meat to non-Muslims

Question:

Assalamualaikum,

Is it permissible to give Qurbani meat to a non-Muslim?

The imam in my mosque said that it is permissible, and this came strange to me.

PS: Im also looking for a Shaikh/Mentor in Fiqh and Aadaab. Can you recommend.

Fatwaa no. 026/07

Yes it will be permissible to give Qurbani meat to Non-Muslims according to the Ahnaaf (Hindiyah Vol. 5 Page 300)
