Question:

What should a Muslim sister do if she cannot do her Islamic duties due to some forces stopping her?

For example if she wants to pray her Fardh prayers and always something is stopping her. Her heart and mind does not tally. She wants to pray, seek Allah's mercy and cry for help but she feels her body is tied up in ropes and limbs wouldn't obey her to Salaat. What can she do? Is there something she can recite to improve her state. Is she possessed by evil spirits

There is a Kitaab named "Manzil". In it there is a collection of Qur'anic verses that help in warding off the effects of spirits etc. you should read this booklet daily morning and evening and then blow into a glass of water and drink that water. Those Du'aas are also recorded in the 9th volume of "Bahishti Zewar"
